We ask for a minimum of 1-week in advance on order requests. If you need your order sooner, let us know as we may be able to accommodate based on availability but we cannot guarantee it.  A rush fee may be applied.

Custom Orders : Anything not on the above menu is considered a custom order. We are only accepting a limited number of custom print orders monthly. A 2-dozen per same requested flavor/design is required and a customization fee will be added.

Contactless Delivery is provided for all orders in the Portland Metro/SW Washington area. We will deliver your order to the doorstep (or front desk/concierge if applicable) followed by a text message to let you know it has arrived.
 
Delivery Fee:  $10 flat for areas within a 5-mile radius to Downtown Portland + $2/additional mile. This will be pre-calculated prior to confirming your order.

*Deliveries to Secured Buildings: This includes apartments, condos, businesses, etc.. Please provide any necessary delivery instructions such as callbox number or recipient phone number if applicable. In the case that access is not granted for our delivery person after multiple attempts and they are unable to reach the contact person or recipient, your order will be left at the door. donna's macarons will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of your order.
