ORDERING

Do you have a store I could visit?

Nope! Currently, donna's macarons is based in a licensed kitchen in Portland, Oregon and distributes locally only.

How can I get in touch with donna's macarons?

We are only accepting inquires via e-mail at the moment. Absolutely no phone calls please.

How do I place an order?

Where/how do I get my order

LOCAL DELIVERY ONLY AT THIS TIME. NO PICK-UPS. NO SHIPPING.

All orders can be delivered locally in the Portland Metro/SW Washington area.

A flat fee of $10 applies for areas up to 5 miles from Downtown Portland + $2/additional mile.

When can I get my order?
We ask for a minimum of 1-week in advance on all order requests.
If you need your order sooner, let us know as  we may be able to
accommodate based on availability but we cannot guarantee it. 

Can I order a variety pack/assorted dozen?

On a daily basis, no. We will continue to spontaneously offer variety sets through our Flash Sales on our social media channels, so be sure to follow and stay tuned (links at bottom of page)!

How do payments work?

As soon as we have completed confirming the details for your order via e-mail,

you will receive an invoice where you may pay online (all major cards accepted).

PayPal & Venmo also accepted - just let us know if you prefer this option.

ABOUT THE MACARONS

Do your macarons contain nuts or dairy?

Yes. All of our macarons are made with almond flour and some other tree nuts depending on macaron flavor.

Yes. Eggs are used to make shells and most of the fillings used in our macarons contain cream and/or butter.

Are your macarons gluten-free?

A majority of our macarons are gluten-free as the shells are made of almond flour. These are indicated on the menu. However, there are some that are not gluten-free due to their fillings.  Feel free to reach out to ask specific questions.

How long do macarons last?

Macarons are best consumed as soon as possible after you receive your order or within a week if left out in room temperature. For best longer-term storage, place them in an airtight container in the fridge up to 2 weeks and/or freeze up to 6 weeks! Leave the closed container on the counter and allow ~10 -30 minutes before consuming as they are served best at room temperature or slightly chilled.

Do you ship your macarons?

We do not ship macarons and only serve locally at this time.

Can you make custom flavor/design macarons?

We can accept a limited number of custom orders per month.

Send in your request and we'll do our best to make it happen based on our schedule.
Please note there is a minimum of 2 dozen per requested type is required for all custom orders.

(Examples: 2 dozen x [custom character], 2 dozen x [single flavor], 2 dozen x [custom color], etc..)

Can you do bigger orders for parties, bridal/baby showers, corporate events, etc.?

Yes! Please reach out to us to get more detailed information.

We will also soon offer macaron towers in several sizes to provide your guests an unique experience!

Is donna's macarons open to wholesale partnerships?

Yes! If it is a good fit for the both of us, we'd love to make something great happen!
