ABOUT THE MACARONS

Do your macarons contain nuts or dairy?
Yes. All of our macarons are made with almond flour and some other tree nuts depending on macaron flavor.
Yes. Eggs are used to make shells and most of the fillings used in our macarons contain cream and/or butter.

Are your macarons gluten-free?
A majority of our macarons are gluten-free as the shells are made of almond flour. These are indicated on the menu. However, there are some that are not gluten-free due to their fillings.  Feel free to reach out to ask specific questions.

How long do macarons last?
Macarons are best enjoyed slightly chilled/close to room temperature and should be stored in the fridge when possible until ready to consume. Be sure to keep out of direct heat. If they won’t be consumed immediately, storing them in the fridge in the provided box for up to 1 week is fine.

For best longer-term storage,
place them in an airtight container in the fridge up to 2 weeks or freeze
up to 6 weeks! When ready to consume, place the closed container on the counter. Allow
~10-20 minutes for them to
return to ideal temperature.
